Scope This 581,374 SF project consists of the construction of 545 apartment units and 840 parking spaces, on 2 adjacent sites, off the 405 South freeway. Both building sites consist of 3 levels of underground parking, a podium level and 4 and 5 levels of wood frame housing units. Construction of this project takes place adjacent to high profile, fully operational, undisturbed, commercial and retail establishments such as Howard Hughes Promenade, Center Drive, and the 405 South on and off ramps and 405 North on ramp.
