|Scope||This 1920’s themed Spiked Bar and Lounge is located at the entrance of the casino and provides specialty cocktails to its patrons. The Lobby bar was a remodel of an existing small coffee bar space. The construction renovation included structural upgrades, spectacular overhead oval soffits, an impressive new lighting plan, custom chandeliers, high end wall covering, as well as tile finishes completed within an operating casino space.
This project is part of the Phase VII Expansion project which includes the new Hotel Tower Addition, the new pool, the new Event Center, additional Restaurants, bars, casino renovations and site work. This project was completely coordinated in BIM. W.E. O’Neil provided Preconstruction, General Contracting and BIM services.
