300 Colorado Office Tower

We collaborated with Holder Construction to deliver this 32-story high-rise office tower in downtown Austin’s Warehouse District.

The 640,000 SF building is comprised of 17 floors of Class A office space on top of a 13-floor parking podium. It also features a full amenity floor and a two-story restaurant with outdoor seating on the ground floor and a cantilevered second-floor terrace.

The building’s exterior performance curtain wall system with floor-to-ceiling windows allows for dramatic views of nearby Lady Bird Lake, as well as for extensive natural light to enter the office floors.
