Scope Ritas Cantina is a Mexican themed restaurant complete with new food service equipment, a performance stage, and an intricate nanowall that provides the option to make this restaurant partially open air, with an entertainment stage that can be shared by both the inside restaurant and the adjacent Dive! Bar and pool area. The walk-up food counter portion of the restaurant features a food truck on the casino side of the restaurant.
