Scope The new Starbucks,  and renovated food court, which is home to the existing Pink’s, and  new Earl of Sandwich, are located throughout the Resort and are all part of the Phase VII Expansion project which includes the new Hotel Tower Addition, the new pool, the new Event Center, additional Restaurants, bars, casino renovations and site work. This project was completely coordinated in BIM. W.E. O’Neil provided Preconstruction, General Contracting and BIM services.
