Scope This new 96,000 SF, four-story hotel and conference center is the first Marriott property located on U.S. Tribal Land. The 156-key Courtyard facility, owned by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, is also the first in Marriott’s LEED Volume Program. Named Ba’ag Ceksan (Eagle Mark), this hotel features custom decor depicting aspects of the Pima and Maricopa Native American culture and traditions, and has created nearly 30 jobs for members of the Community.
