Scope: New 37,000 s.f. LEED Gold media production center with sound stages, production labs, media labs, and classrooms for the production of film, video, interactive arts and media, and television projects with the latest image, sound recording, and editing technology. Features of the project also included a multi-color glass facade, green roof, and rooftop terrace. The historical lasky arch displayed in the lobby was originally part of 1300 S. Wabash building that housed the “Famous Player’s Lasky Corporation” which was the pre-cursor to Paramount Pictures.
