Sprouts Farmers Market Georgetown

Sprouts Farmers Market has opened a new 23,256 SF grocery store at Cedar Breaks West Shopping Center, a 16-acre retail development designed to serve as a vibrant destination for the community. This ground-up construction project included all wet and dry utilities, associated site work, and a full tenant interior build-out to support the operational needs of the grocer.

The building features 26-foot masonry walls supported by drilled pier foundations and grade beams, interior drill piers carrying structural steel framing, and a polished 270-cubic-yard slab-on-grade sales floor finished with laser screed.

The team completed the project two months ahead of the original nine-month schedule, meeting our repeat client’s request and delivering a modern grocery store that enhances the shopping center’s retail offerings while providing Sprouts with a functional, customer-friendly environment.
