Built on a 16-acre site in the thriving community of Georgetown, Texas, Cedar Breaks West Shopping Center is emerging as a premier retail destination at the northwest corner of Williams and Wildwood Drives. Phase 2 of the 120,000 SF development delivered essential site infrastructure and new retail buildings, creating opportunities for a diverse mix of tenants. Work included comprehensive site development such as earthwork, building pads, utilities, site electrical, concrete, and perimeter fencing.
In addition to delivering full site infrastructure, W.E. O’Neil constructed several key retail spaces at Cedar Breaks West, including a 23,256 SF Sprouts Farmers Market anchor, a 12,775 SF build-to-suit Petco, and two additional buildings totaling 18,952 SF. All buildings are constructed with tilt-wall concrete and structural steel.
