Office

10,500 SF first-generation office buildout for McCaffery at the Twelve01West development. By constructing the base building in addition to the interior buildout of several office spaces, W.E. O’Neil was able to deliver McCaffery’s new corporate office efficiently while the base building core and shell was still under construction.

The second-floor space highlights views of Chicago’s elevated train line and the vibrant Fulton Market neighborhood, while exposed concrete, neutral but contemporary finishes, and a private outdoor terrace offer employees an urban workspace that reflects McCaffery’s long-standing history in Chicago.
