Twelve01West Office Development

Located in Chicago’s bustling Fulton Market/West Loop neighborhood, this 170,000 SF, seven-story core and shell office building is a transit-oriented development located directly adjacent to Chicago’s elevated train line.

The exposed concrete structure features an exterior window wall system which integrates modern design with the industrial feel of the neighborhood. Features of Twelve01West and its amenity spaces include:

• 12,000 SF of ground floor retail
• Office entrance lobby featuring striking 20-foot ceilings
• Five floors of office space
• 2nd floor outdoor tenant deck
• 7th floor fitness center with 3,000 SF of outdoor and indoor space
• Underground parking

W.E O’Neil self-performed all concrete work for this project. This allowed us to work closely with the design team and owner to create specifications for the exposed concrete structure which exceeded market expectations but remained cost effective.

W.E. O’Neil also completed the tenant build outs for McCaffery Inc. and Coca-Cola following the initial completion of the development.

Twelve01West was built with the intention of prioritizing connectivity and sustainability. It is LEED Gold certified, WiredScored Silver certified and has won a Kingsley Excellence Award for Tenant Satisfaction.
