Lincoln Common (2019) – LEED® Silver-certified 1M+ SF redevelopment of the old Children’s Memorial Hospital site in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood into numerous residential, office, and retail buildings.
Twelve01West Office Development (2019) – LEED® Gold-certified 170,000 SF seven-story core and shell office building located in Chicago’s bustling Fulton Market/West Loop neighborhood.
British School of Chicago (2019) – LEED® Silver-certified 83,000 SF private school featuring classrooms, offices, a kitchen, an indoor gymnasium, and an outdoor soccer field. The project includes extensive site development, an innovative 8,000 SF public park, and a 30,000 SF green roof level. The team achieved a six-week schedule reduction and 18% M/WBE participation.
Flair Tower (2010) – A 27-story high-rise residential tower in downtown Chicago with 198 apartment units, five-level parking, and two-level retail. The building includes an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, party room, laundry, business center, and management offices.
