We delivered a 140,000 SF industrial warehouse build-out on a 14-acre site, designed for modern logistics and operational efficiency. The scope included grading, wet and dry utilities, and heavy-duty concrete paving. Structural features comprised four mortared stone retaining walls and interior drill piers supporting steel columns, girders, joists, and a metal roof deck.
The facility is equipped with an energy-efficient R-35 TPO roof system and a comprehensive fire protection system, including an ESFR sprinkler system and a remote Fire Department Connection (FDC). A key addition is the 3,500 SF spec office with restrooms.
The project was completed on a 12-month schedule, showcasing our commitment to quality and timely execution.
