This Public Storage facility is a climate-controlled, eight-story self-storage facility near the University of Southern California. The new 234,964 SF facility offers a variety of storage units, ranging from small spaces to larger units that can fit the contents of a loaded semi-truck.
Out with the old and in with the new, the project began with the demolition of an existing nine-story Public Storage facility in an existing neighborhood. The new facility is seven stories of structural steel over a one-story podium parking garage. It features eye-catching skin, unique for a storage facility: a combination of composite metal panels and a glazing exterior.
This project has received LEED certification.
