W.E. O’Neil Construction was founded in Chicago in 1925. Since then, we have grown into one of the most prominent general contractors in the city, delivering culturally iconic projects that have shaped the fabric of Chicago.
While our innovative construction techniques and our use of technology in the field have transformed the way we deliver projects and do business, our approach to servicing clients remains rooted in building great relationships in order to exceed their expectations.
In addition to general contracting and construction management services, we are also experts in self-performing concrete and several other trades in the Chicago region.
Since 2012, our headquarters office has been located in a historic building within the Fulton Market/West Loop area. W.E. O’Neil transformed the building itself from an old flower factory into the dynamic office space we now call home. Our favorable location allows us to keep a pulse on the city’s bustling development industry while offering our employee-owners a home base in one of Chicago’s trendiest neighborhoods.
