Key Promotions in Chicago: Congratulations!

W.E. O’Neil is celebrating several key promotions in the Chicago region, all of which will position the firm for continued growth in the coming years. Promotions include:

Damian Eallonardo – Executive Vice President
In this new role, Damian will take on expanded leadership responsibilities within the company.

Chad Huber and Richard Davey – Vice Presidents of Operations
Chad and Richard will be responsible for day-to-day operations in Chicago in their new roles.

Stephanie Cotey – Senior Director of Project Services
In Stephanie’s new role, she will deliver on W.E. O’Neil’s value of “one team” and continue to optimize the company’s project services.

Lance Hornaday – Senior Director of Self-Perform
Lance will continue to lead the Chicago region’s self-perform group towards increased growth and consistency.

KC Wigle – Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development
KC will continue to lead the company’s growth strategy execution for the Chicago market.

Jim Smith – Senior Director of Risk Management
In Jim’s new role, he will expand on the innovative risk tools and strategies W.E. O’Neil utilizes.

Erin Kuntze – Director of Accounting
In Erin’s expanded role, she will lead the day-to-day financial management for the company’s Chicago region.

Adam Ruys – Director of Estimating
Adam will assume leadership for W.E. O’Neil’s day-to-day estimating effort in Chicago.
