Lance Hornaday

Director, Self-Perform (CHI)

Lance Hornaday is a veteran of the commercial construction industry in Chicago. He has spent the last 23 years at W.E. O’Neil and served in several project management and executive leadership roles prior to his current position leading the Chicago region’s self-perform group.

At W.E. O’Neil, Lance has managed the relationships of several of the company’s major, long-time clients, including Nordstrom and Penn National Gaming. He is also the Project Executive overseeing W.E. O’Neil’s involvement in the structural concrete subcontract for the Obama Presidential Center project.

Prior to W.E. O’Neil, Lance served as a Vice President for Alca Carpentry, where W.E. O’Neil was his primary customer. He also served several years as Chairman of the Old Town Triangle Historic District.
