Todd Guthrie Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

We’re proud to announce that Todd Guthrie has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of W.E. O’Neil Construction.

Todd most recently served as Regional President for Arizona, Colorado, and Tennessee, where he provided leadership that strengthened each region and prepared them for future growth.

With nearly 40 years of industry experience and 30 years at W.E. O’Neil, he brings deep operational knowledge and a proven track record of leadership to the company’s national operations as the firm celebrates its 100th year of building.

Todd began his W.E. O’Neil career in the 1990s and went on to establish the company’s Colorado office in 1999, which he grew from the ground up into one of O’Neil’s strongest regions. Having navigated multiple business cycles and every aspect of the company’s operations, Todd brings unique perspective and valuable experience to share with O’Neil’s business unit leaders across the country.

As COO, Todd will work closely with CEO John Finn and the executive team to unify national operations, strengthen collaboration among regions, and position O’Neil for its next era of growth.
