S‘PARK is a new mixed-use development that includes two office buildings and two residential buildings with one underground parking garage to service the S’PARK district.
The S’PARK Infrastructure project consisted of site infrastructure for the 10-acre site at 34th and Valmont in Boulder, CO. This project included the overlot, wet utilities, site concrete, asphalt, and permeable pavement construction. This project was the first of several phases for the mixed-use development.
