Commemorating the first of many milestones, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Wisteria at Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA.
We were honored to share this moment with the local community and future residents. With an attendance of 550 guests, the event was fully themed with wisteria purple and allowed attendees to give a ceremonial shovel-turn while mingling with future neighbors.

As a master-planned community, Wisteria is being designed to provide thoughtful connections, meaningful gathering spaces, and expansive views of the Valley skyline. At 950,000 SF, this project consists of a six-story, 498-unit facility.
