Britta Elder

Britta Elder’s strong work ethic, integrity, and care for our employees has made a significant impact on the Arizona region’s culture. In her current role as Administration and Human Resources Manager, she uses her strong interpersonal skills to manage training and development initiatives and the hiring and on-boarding process for Arizona. Britta also oversees all administrative, accounting, and HR functions, as well as overall company organization of the Arizona region.

Early in her career, Britta worked as both an estimator and project coordinator, giving her great exposure to construction. She also worked as Office Manager and Accounting Manager at W.E. O’Neil, giving her a well-rounded background.

It’s so important to make sure we’re providing our employees with the resources needed to become future leaders in our industry. Growth from within exudes confidence which cascades from the company into our employees’ personal lives.
