With 22 years of experience in human resources in construction, Brett leads through collaboration, consensus building, and employee relations efforts. A forward-focused leader, he brings current methods and creative approaches to the traditional tasks of HR while improving efficiency and accuracy in policies, processes, and compliance.
As CHRO, Brett oversees all human resources functions, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting strategic operational objectives, employee relations, employee benefits and wellness, employee development and succession planning, compliance, total compensation, and recruiting and retention.
Brett engages in civic and non-profit organizations in various capacities including the American Red Cross, United Way, and Friends of the Children’s Justice Center.
My most fulfilling activity is being of service and helping others. Witnessing the success of someone who has clarified their goal or passion, persisted through challenges, and ultimately achieved their goal is immensely gratifying.
