O’Neil as a full time employee in 1967 and worked as a Layout Engineer, Office Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President, President and Chairman of W.E. O’Neil. His most recent positions are President and CEO of O’Neil Industries and currently Chairman of the Board of O’Neil Industries.

Mr. Ramsay’s diverse management experience in the construction field includes positions as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Project Executive. In 1999, Brian successfully oversaw the launching of a new subsidiary office located in Denver, Colorado. In March 2003, Brian was promoted to President of the California office, and in March 2014 was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of O’Neil Industries, Inc.

Mr. Russell joined W.E. O’Neil in 1982 as a Project Engineer and has since served in every position of the project management team. He was named a Vice President in 2001, Executive Vice President in 2005, and President in 2008.

In 2005, John was promoted to Vice President and opened the Ontario office. In 2011 was promoted to Executive Vice President then was promoted to President in 2014.

As President, he oversees the Arizona company with offices in Phoenix and Tucson.
Todd GuthriePresident, Denver

Mr. Guthrie started with W.E. O’Neil Construction in the LA office in 1988 as a Project Engineer, and then moved into the Estimating Department prior to relocating to the Denver area. Todd rejoined the W.E. O’Neil team in 1999 to open the Denver subsidiary office, and served as General Manager and Vice President. He was promoted to President of the Colorado company in March 2003.
Clay StackerPresident, SouthLand Constructors, Inc., Brentwood

Mr. Stacker founded and started SouthLand Constructors in 2005 in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. After serving in the United States Army out of college, Clay started out in the construction industry in purchasing. He then worked with a commercial General Contractor as a project manager and estimator before he started his own commercial construction company. Clay has almost 20 years of construction experience. Clay and SouthLand joined the W.E. O’Neil family of companies in September of 2014.
