We delivered a complete build-out of the Electrical Equipment Enclosure (EEE), starting with detailed site surveys to coordinate existing conditions and plan for smooth construction. Our scope included concrete foundations, steel fabrication, and metal panel roofing, creating a durable, weather-tight structure tailored to the enclosure’s critical operational needs.
Our team integrated high-performance mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems to support sensitive equipment safely and reliably. We also installed secure access systems including overhead doors, standard doors with hardware, and fire-stopping throughout, while delivering epoxy flooring and crane installations for heavy equipment handling.
By managing key trades and maintaining open communication, we streamlined delivery and reduced risks. This single-source approach brought the client cost-effective, code-compliant, and operationally ready systems that support long-term performance and efficiency.
