Our team will undertake a logistically challenging exterior façade renovation for two three-story buildings on 15th and Champa Street in Denver. This project will include working in the bustling Downtown area with removal of exterior cladding, repairs to the CMU substrate, and installation of new EIFs, tile, and granite finishes. As part of the scope, we are re-skinning the building, which remains an active data center and requires careful coordination and care to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Because the design of this project is centered around large LED signage from Radius DC, Champa LLC, Lerch Bates Inc., and MDI Access, our team will maintain all advertisements displayed on these billboards while construction takes place.
This project will help enliven 15th and Champa Street.
