This sizable tenant improvement was completed in a Type II, three-story office building conveniently located off Interstate 5 in San Diego.
The design created an exciting new space of 11,304 SF, including 30 new offices, conference rooms, a breakroom, and open office space.
Improvements also included new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm which utilized a design-build delivery method.
