A phased project for Newhall County, this project provided a new LEED Silver Certified Administration building for Newhall County Water District.

Phase 1 included the Administration building, a new 14,230 SF Type V office building with ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork). The structure comprises 34′ high ICF, steel beams with metal decking, and metal stud interiors.

Site improvements were completed in the second phase and included a parking lot with pervious and impervious pavement, fencing, and landscaping.
