Building L, a 64,000 SF, two-story office building with a garage podium below, is part of the award-winning Penn Field, an adaptive reuse of a 1918-era World War I military airfield. This unique 11-building office campus is on South Congress Avenue, close to Austin’s famous SoCo district.

The office building features modern attributes including high ceilings, outdoor patios and terraces, and large floorplates. The double-height lobby is accessible through a shaded entry court, infusing the building with natural light and providing floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.
