Designed to enhance the student athlete experience while preserving the legacy of an iconic campus landmark, the renovation of Loyola Marymount University‘s Gersten Pavilion delivers integrated spaces that support learning, collaboration, and athletic excellence.
The project transformed an existing double-height space into a new academic success center, creating a dedicated environment where student athletes can excel both academically and athletically. A new elevated south entrance improved accessibility while providing a more welcoming arrival experience. Interior renovations modernized team offices, creating a cohesive environment that promotes collaboration, supports student success, and strengthens the long-term functionality of one of LMU’s premier athletic facilities.
