Burleson Crossing East Phase 1

Building on the success of the original Burleson Crossing Retail Development in 2008, we’re proud to continue our partnership on its next phase, bringing Bastrop residents more accessible and diverse retail options.

This multi-phase retail development transforms a nine-acre site with new infrastructure and modern retail facilities. Early work included grading, utilities, a stormwater detention pond, retaining walls, and pad preparation to support future expansion.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Sprouts Farmers Market (23,256 SF) – Build-to-suit delivery complete with décor package, upgraded electrical and HVAC, energy-efficient lighting, refrigeration, kitchen prep areas, walk-in coolers/freezers, and modern office and restroom spaces.
• PetSmart (16,384 SF) – Full build-out with retail operations space and specialized areas for in-store pet grooming.
• Retail Shell Buildings – Two tilt-up shells, measuring 10,800 SF and 13,336 SF, designed to flexibly accommodate future tenants.
