With an anticipated opening in 2026, the new Snyder School of Cinema & Media Arts film studio will expand Biola University’s existing production facilities. Spanning an impressive 52,100 SF, this state-of-the-art facility will revolutionize the university’s production capabilities, accommodating every step of the filmmaking process—from ideation through final presentation.
Featuring a 220-seat screening room, multiple sound stages, a specialized Foley stage, and dedicated recording and editing spaces, it’s designed to inspire creativity and collaboration among students and faculty alike.
As construction begins, the focus is on ensuring a safe and efficient build, with early efforts dedicated to vital safety measures, abatement, and demolition.
This new hub promises to cultivate the new generation of cinema and media artists, providing them with the resources and environment needed to bring their visions to life.
