As part of our collaboration on multiple projects with Convexity Properties, we are leading the construction of the 7 West Elm Street redevelopment, a transformative project in Chicago’s historic Gold Coast neighborhood. This prominent site is being reimagined as a modern residential tower that reflects the ongoing evolution of one of the city’s most iconic districts.
