W.E. O'Neil's Website Wins SMPS's Award of Excellence

Intuitive. Friendly. Informative.

Relaunched in September 2022, our new website was conceived as a curated collection of the best of W.E. O’Neil. A committee with national members came together with the following goals:

• Put our people and culture front and center
• Give site visitors a feel for what it’s like to work with and at O’Neil
• Deliver a modern site paying attention to the user experience driving engagement
• Site performance and content curated for business development purposes

Working together, we achieved these goals by developing original content; reworking all text to align with our new mission, vision, and values; consulting subject experts throughout the firm; gathering and crafting employee-owner quotes; and acquiring professional videography and photography featuring our people (no stock!) to tell the story.

This process was well outlined, organized, and coordinated with quality control at each step. Completed in just nine months, this website has:

• 12 offices
• 107 news items
• 50+ client testimonials
• 64 employee-owner quotes

Staying true to our company vision, “WE Value People. WE Build Dreams”, we made our website accessible to ALL. Together we delivered this superior, engaging website using the one-team approach.

We were proud to earn SMPS’s 2023 National Marketing and Communications Awards (MCAs) Award of Excellence in the External Website category.
