Safety
Gathered alongside over 3,000 trade partners and our employee-owners, we reinforced our commitment to creating zero-injury workplaces throughout Construction Safety Week 2025.
This year’s Safety Week 2025 theme—“All in Together. Plan. Own. Commit.”—deeply resonated to all W.E. O’Neil teams across the nation. From our offices to our job sites, this message echoed our core values: “WE are Forthright,” “WE Own It,” and “WE are One Team.”—these values are the foundation of our safety culture—one where awareness is championed, best practices are shared, and every voice is heard and valued.
Throughout the week, we reinforced the importance of planning with intention, taking personal ownership, and committing fully to safety excellence with a series of stand downs ativities aimed at educating our people and trade partners, reinforcing safety awareness, and expressing gratitude to our dedicated workers.
From safety talks and tool demonstrations to hazard awareness training, we proudly delivered quality safety training and hands-on demonstrations to over 3,000 trade partners! Each session concluded with gestures of gratitude for their participation and commitment to safety.
At W.E. O’Neil, safety is more than a priority—it’s a shared responsibility ingrained in our culture. Our commitment to lifelong learning, open communication, and mutual accountability brings us closer every day to a zero-injury workplace.
We challenge everyone to step up, plan with purpose and determination, take ownership, and commit to creating safer workplaces for our co-workers, clients, trade partners, and especially for our loved ones waiting for us at home.
