Design-build delivery of a 48,000 SF three-story training center for Chicago’s local plumbers union.
Mike Majcina is an expert builder both in the literal sense—with a track record of successfully delivering many high-profile projects—as well as figuratively: he is an expert in building strong client relationships.
Mike has developed deep relationships with some of W.E O’Neil’s leading repeat clients, including Nordstrom and Plumbers Local 130 UA. Mike has managed a multitude of projects for Nordstrom nationally over the past ten years. Exemplifying W.E. O’Neil’s one team attitude, he successfully forges true partnerships for the company.
With a diverse background, Mike has served in many positions at W.E. O’Neil throughout his twenty-five-year career, from spending time in the field to serving as a cost control engineer. Mike was also integral in developing Chicago’s Special Projects Group, for which he served as director for five years before becoming a project executive in our Chicago region and ultimately transferring to Austin to lead operations there.
The most rewarding part of working in this industry is seeing the final result of the project and witnessing the teamwork it took to build it.
