Celebrating 100 Years

Celebrating a CENTURY of valuing people and building dreams!

This once-in-a-lifetime milestone is made possible by the commitment of our employee-owners and through relationships built over time with our clients and partners.

Mike Kalinowski

National Director of Safety

As National Director of Safety, Mike Kalinowski is an invaluable asset to our safety programs and procedures. His expertise has earned awards and recognition for his innovative and comprehensive safety strategies. Mike works to ensure that his projects follow local, state, and federal regulations to keep employees, subcontractors, the public, and end users safe.

With over 15 years of industry health and safety experience, his role includes implementation of on-site safety plans, providing one-on-one support to field supervisors in carrying out safety programs on their job sites, and performing health and safety inspections.

As Chairman of the Safety Committee for the Chicagoland Associated General Contractors, Mike continues to educate himself and others on best safety practices through speaking opportunities and involvement in committees inside and outside of W.E. O’Neil.

I value being an employee-owner because it fosters a deep sense of commitment and accountability that you may not see in a non-ESOP company.
