This store renovation project at Park Meadows in Centennial, CO involved the demolition of the current interior of the store, floor patching, drywall installation, painting, electrical work, and fire sprinkler system modifications.
To maintain a seamless shopping experience, construction was carefully phased into three stages, with high-noise work completed before store hours. Temporary wall systems and negative air machines were used to separate work zones and maintain air quality.
Through close coordination with the Crate & Barrel team, the fixture layouts and customer access were preserved. Our team expedited mobilization and commitment to precision led to an early completion and ready in time for the busy holiday season.
