Arising from a previously vacant structure, the two-story store encompasses an area of 22,820 SF and now caters to the community’s demand for fashionable clothing, accessories, bags, and footwear.
This project involved demolition of the existing building and construction of the new two-story core and shell for H&M. By closely collaborating with Southglenn Property Holdings and Farnsworth, the team successfully fulfilled H&M’s goals and was ready for its planned opening on May 30, 2013.
