The Orchards Health Center is a Type V wood-framed assisted living facility with a portion of the structure permitted through HCAI and classified as an OSHPD 2 Skilled Nursing Facility. The two-story structure is 100,000 SF with 30 two-beds and 11 one-beds for a total of 71 beds.
The Orchards allow for a complete continuum of care where residents can move from the neighboring Reata Glen CCRC community with minimal disruption when extended care becomes necessary.
