W.E. O’Neil built a 4,500 SF connector building for two existing buildings at the Aegis Sciences Corporation. The scope of work consisted of adding an interior wood panel system with integrated backlight artwork panels and the installation of a new five-stop, dual door, elevator, and shaft.
The job also included miscellaneous renovations to the existing buildings, such as the installation of new storm water management provisions, new facades for both buildings, rerouting all major utility services, and new sitescapes and landscaping for the entire campus. All work was completed while keeping existing laboratories in operation.
