This design-build development is comprised of two warehouse buildings—one 150,000 SF, and one 130,000 SF—located adjacent to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Jefferson County, Colorado. The buildings are tilt-up construction with a joist and deck roof structure.

Under a separate contract, our team performed extensive site work, moving 600,000+ cubic yards of material and providing new site infrastructure on approximately 19 acres. More on that work here.
