W.E. O’Neil served as general contractor for this new Class-A StorQuest facility, strategically located at 18815 E. 60th Avenue to support the brand’s growing presence in the Denver metro area. The project features a 64,281 SF, three-story main building constructed with light gauge metal framing and finished with a combination of metal panels and masonry, along with four single-story, drive-up storage buildings totaling 24,807 SF.
Located on a tight site near Denver International Airport, the project posed unique logistical and coordination challenges—including height considerations, visibility, and the integration of solar power. These were addressed through early planning and collaboration during preconstruction.
