W.E. O’Neil partnered with longstanding client Public Storage to deliver this modern, multi-story self-storage facility in Denver, Colorado. The project spans 226,182 SF and features a three-story and four-story connected structure, totaling 1,820 climate-controlled storage units designed for functionality, safety, and ease of use.
Built with a structural steel frame and finished with sleek storefront glass and metal panel exteriors. The four-story building also includes a ground-floor apartment for the onsite property manager, providing around-the-clock supervision and customer support.
Despite the challenges of a tight 13.76-acre site bordered by interstate and overhead power lines, our team successfully executed full site development and overcame complex logistical challenges. Inside, visitors are welcomed by a thoughtfully designed lobby, break room, and sales counter—supporting both customer service and daily operations.
This project showcases our ability to build efficient, scalable storage facilities without compromising on quality or design.
