Public Storage Northgate

This five-story, 164,435 SF Public Storage facility adds over 1,400 climate-controlled units to a growing residential area in Parker, Colorado. Built on a compact 1.9-acre site with shared access and nearby homes, the project required strategic planning and ongoing communication with neighbors to ensure a smooth construction process.

Designed for durability and efficiency, the metal-framed, slab-on-grade structure features two service elevators, a VRF climate control system, and full fire suppression. The team maintained Public Storage’s high finish standards by masking exposed surfaces to minimize fireproofing overspray—delivering a clean, polished warehouse look throughout.

The facility includes a welcoming tenant lobby, rental office, break room, and four restrooms. The exterior showcases EIFS, synthetic stack stone, and modern storefront glazing. The team also completed landscaping, irrigation, and a retention pond, while coordinating closely with specialty contractors for unit installation and security systems.
