Design-Build
This transformative design-build project spans 51,000 SF on a 6.8-acre site and represents a significant investment in community-based care and supportive housing. As part of the construction process, 21 interim housing units will be temporarily relocated to maintain continuous services for current residents.
The development includes several new and repurposed buildings that collectively enhance the site’s ability to aid residents. Among the new facilities are a 29,395 SF permanent supportive housing building for CDH and DAAS residents, as well as a 13,148 SF Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center.
Existing buildings on-site will be reimagined to create essential care spaces, including a 5,459 SF Recuperative Care Center and a 3,200 SF cafeteria designed to serve the daily needs of campus residents.
