This new construction residence hall is 142,000 SF with 422 beds. The building has a concrete foundation structure and basement foundations. The north wing is seven stories and the east and west wings are four stories.
The project included modern, suite-style sleeping rooms and flexible group activity spaces and lounges. W.E. O’Neil self-performed the concrete foundation structure.
