New construction of a ten-story luxury student housing building near the University of Texas Austin’s West Campus. The facility includes six stories of residential units and four stories of parking, making up a combined 369,000 SF.
Unit layouts include 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom options. We coordinated and installed all FF&E for the project.
The building’s resort-style amenities bring student housing to a whole new level, and include:

- Balcony lounge deck
- Indoor basketball court
- 3D golf simulator room
- Sports lounge and private poker room
- Rooftop sun deck
- Designer-furnished outdoor spaces on each level
