This 45,000 SF renovation repurposed a warehouse into a centralized hub for bulk pharmacy operations, including purchasing, storage, sorting, distribution, IT deployment, and asset management. Key upgrades included new MEP systems, fire protection, four rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, a generator to support critical operations, a walk-in cooler for pharmacy storage, and a custom compressor for a KNAPP conveyor system.
The facility also features a range of support spaces, including offices, workrooms, conference rooms, locker and shower facilities, restrooms, a staff lounge, receiving/shipping offices, and a loading dock.
