Our team is revitalizing the Colorado Springs Airport’s 15,800 SF East Terminal, focusing on a new Federal Inspection Services (FIS) facility designed to support international arrivals. This project includes demolition, a full build-out of the concourse hold room area, a new baggage carousel, and the installation of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) equipment. Exterior upgrades like ramp access are also part of the design.
With a portion of this project federally funded, we are committed to full compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA), upholding strict standards for U.S.-sourced materials and seamless integration with the existing terminal. These improvements, notably the increase in COS Airport’s capacity for international travel, will elevate the overall passenger experience and open new opportunities for the airport.
