At Clearwater Newport Beach, will never run out of activities to enjoy, places to explore, or shops to visit.

The three-story structure houses assisted living and memory care units comprised of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and companion suites. Residents get to appreciate its modern finishes, exceptional outdoor area, stylish spaces for dining and events, and chef-inspired meals and snacks.

W.E. O’Neil provided design-build services for this privately funded residential care facility for the elderly.
